This notice explains how the Apprenticeship Social Value Index (ASVI), an initiative founded by the Multicultural Apprenticeship and Skills Alliance (MASA), handles personal information submitted through this website.

When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, organisation, work email, and any optional details you choose to share, such as job title, organisation type and size, and your message.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and discuss ASVI with you. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries. We do not add you to marketing communications without your separate opt-in.

Sharing and retention

Enquiries are delivered by email to our team using a secure email delivery provider. We do not sell your data. We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship.

Your rights
